I am currently in the editing phase of 'Coming Winter' a novel loosely tied to 'The Assumption.
A catastrophic event nearly wiped out civilization. Now four hundred years later, the earth has healed. On the northern shores of what was once the Great Lakes region, the descendants of survivors who fled to the wilderness have become the 'camp clans' and live in peace. But that is about to change.
Truskans have come in warships, and possess all the might, weaponry and military tactics of the Roman Empire. They claim, however, to be the descendents of the Etruscans, an even more ancient civilization, which predates Rome and they've come in search of a lost ‘Technology Mine” and a mysterious city called ‘Greenland’.
