Hi, why is my book Evil Within on your profile?
Emma Anderson Emma, I have no idea. I have been neglecting this site of late. This is the first time I have come into it for a while. I will send Goodreads an email. Sorry about that.

How do you get inspired to write?
Emma Anderson I'm a true romantic and love happy endings. If I can make one person smile or feel hope then I'm one happy woman.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Emma Anderson Stepping away from my work is the first thing I do. Then I follow it up with a shower. If that still doesn't help, I keep myself busy around the house and boys school until the block clears. It usually does, and at the most inopportune times.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Emma Anderson I have always been a daydreamer, this gives me an outlet for those dreams. While I try to write at least 4 hours during the week, it doesn't always happen. I'm a mother of two young boys and life tends to get in the way. This is a job that allows me to be available when they need me.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Emma Anderson Many authors go about writing their books differently. I tend to not follow a plan, while others have their books set out before they begin. Listen to your inner voice and follow your heart. Also don't be afraid to ask authors for advice. I have gained a great deal of insight from many great authors.

What are you currently working on?
Emma Anderson I have a vampire book due out next week, 27the August. I am just finishing a young adult book that will hopefully be published, under a different name though. I have also been editing the first ever book I wrote, applying everything I have learnt since being published. Then this morning my first menage story came to me.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Emma Anderson All my ideas seem to come to me in my dreams. As a rule I don't remember my dreams unless they are possible plots for my books. I also only generally get the start of a book and it just steamrolls from there. This I think dates back to my uni days when I had trouble starting my assignments.
