Write about what you know. If you are in a role - you know stuff about it. Start writing it down. Write some blogs about your role, your hobby or whatever you're into. If you write 10 blogs, you have a good start to a book.

I have had a list of the Batty Books (author and book title puns) growing for years. My business partner and illustrator helped commit me to get them compiled and finished. I started making a list a number of years ago and thought 1001 was a good goal to get to.
