Redemption is set mostly in a hospital setting. I work currently for a hospital on the administrative side, not the physician side. I walk by our Emergency Department every day on the way to my office. The words 'what if' constantly runs through my mind, hence, the ideas began to formulate about some intense ED situations that could occur and how the trauma teams would react to care for the patient(s) and how they would undertake a threatening situation. The hero, a Navy SEAL was perfect for this scenario from what I've been told by my readers.

My inspiration is walking by and seeing my book, Redemption sitting on my bookshelf. It's proof that I can do it! I write every single day because I love to be creative and write a really good story!

The best thing about being a writer - that my dream came true! To be able to create something magical on paper and transferring it into a book format is such a sense of accomplishment! Also, it's very fulfilling being able to share your works with other readers. There's nothing more gratifying than getting great and helpful feedback for your hard work.

Writer's block is a scary ordeal to overcome at times! However, in the past when this has happened to me, I try to continue to be productive by working on other book projects. Inevitably, something from that task will click and before I realize it, ideas begin to formulate and I'm back to writing again. A good feeling!

I'm actually working on two books. No Mercy - historical - is in the page design process and I've sent some revisions, etc. just this past week. It should be ready for purchase right before Christmas. Rescue Me is the prequel to Redemption. This book is half way finished. I'm excited. I hope everyone will enjoy reading both of these books as much as I have enjoyed writing them. Thank you for asking!
