While lying under the stars having a little chat with my six -year-old boy Robbie about the wonders of life and the universe the moon the stars spaceships and satellites he asked me why did I love him so much. The answer I gave him was because holiday is boring he chose me to be is dad and that's why I love you so much. Is that the settlement that I wrote my latest book when you were born which won the book of the year at the Irish book awards and hit the number one spot in the charts.

My inspiration comes from a beautiful little boy Adam who we lost to a brain tumour and aged four. The reason why I rises to encourage parents to spend 10 minutes at the end of the day and tell their children they love them before they go to sleep. This is the reason why my books resource action is so magical so beautiful and so emotional. I am writing because I have calls not because I wanted to be a writer.

Having written eight books receiving five Irish book award nominations and winning the Irish book awards twice it is now time for me to spend a little time promoting my books and developing my fan base. I do have other books already written and ready to go but as I do Everything myself it is time to standards are met more time communicating with my fans and spreading the message contained in my books

This is a difficult question to answer simply because Peter close to you are going to tell you that your work is good and can be very biased. Others may tell you you were dreaming and get a real job and others Will tell you that your work is not good enough. My advice is to ignore everybody and go for it you will soon find out if your work is good enough or not.

Having worked in a corporate environment before the best thing is not having to be at a desk from 925. Writing disease such wonderful freedom to work when you are inspired and spend time with your family and not have to be in one place all of the time.

Eyes I think of how children talk and had a speak I hear the excitement in their voice and write accordingly. Sometimes it doesn't matter what I rice I just right-thinking of children playing and that will always bring some magic into my books.
