Ease into Epilepsy I would say my idea of this book came from when I started coming of Clonazepam and truth be told I did start a small charity for Epilepsy but due to not having enough people on board on the panel, I had to shut down and the process of my memoir Ease into Epilepsy came from there one night. At the time I did not think ever that I would end up self publishing but I really wanted to try and make a difference. The most important part I find people who read and like reading they can connect with real life stories with educational elements in can really help but the key is how this gets done.

Creating process sometimes you as the author especially with my supernatural book and the thriller series you never know where it will go or if it will hit the same with my children's story I did not realise I would be inspired through people bringing my dyslexica down as a writer to making a second children's book which is linked to that and seeing this world I made for these chocolate creatures it's magical truly because I am writing and I'm seeing these characters play out in my head as well it's funny and magical.
Also the reaction from others it means a lot when others really tune in and enjoy your work and reviews you get because your like wow you liked it and you want to know all their feelings and what character is their favourite and what they think of the story.
This also makes you want to keep writing it's not about the money that's what your find it is truly about the creativity and the process, having your work out there in public weather that is helping others or healing or just having people read coming out of their world for a while and also where the readers mind goes after and sometimes yes leaving the reader going away thinking more with every book I work on I do feel their is message for everyone differ to someone sitting next to you they come away feeling a different way it's truly magical having that feeling and giving that out there in the world.
I also love reading other writers and authors work I find I learn so much, I stay away though as much as I can from the genres I write just incase it's it can easily go into your subcouious so you have to be careful I would say.

There are a few I would say but let's go with the one I'm already writing and have self published my drug resident epilepsy and how my pregnancy went a treatment I went through. Having this condition from as young as five I would say.
My next one I would say is my twin flame but that is a story for a much later time which lead me to my Spirtual awakening and conceiving a magical rainbow baby high aspects of this will be in my memoir Ease into epilepsy part two in the new year on Amazon Ebooks/ Kindle so be open and stay on high alert. No real names will ever be mentioned for protection reasons.

Inspiration just hits when it hits I would say lock down was when inspiration hit me the most where I created my thriller series on Wattpad and my supernatural book slowly going up on Inkitt.
Writers block did happen for a few years where I could not write them out of no where this year after going to Glastonbury I went through a high Spirtual transition and I found my creativity coming back.
Life experience can help inspire you or ideas you just have can become somthing bigger so always have a note pad on you or your iPad I always have both from this day.

Do not let the noise get to you, people will try and knock your writing down do not let them, you are good enough bealive that it's the key.
Support others in the writing community we all need to stick together and encourage one another it's important.
Take breaks when your body is telling you, writing overload is a thing especially when you are full of creativity and start your journey on a lot of plantforms.
Do not listen to false advertisement if you decide to put work up on Wattpad because that can happen so do not give personal details like your number when self publishing, I knew straight away but just incase.
Remember to advertise so important, know what you have to work with like good reads and linkin, subtract and medium even Vocal also good recourses and put reflection up or a story behind the story you created is brilliant.
I am not a social media fan, I use it here and there but I am also private so know if you want to have social media because it can trigger anxiety, in my case my epilepsy and anxiety was triggered through the stress of social media like Facebook and instagram.
Not all your friends will support you in a way you think to start and it's okay it's not them and it's not you it's just the way of the business sometimes so just be mindfulness of that know a lot of us have been there, look at it in a way of okay this is not working and that is okay, let it be attitude.
Protect your energy especially if you are sensitive and Spiritual person like me and know your limits such a key importance.
