All of my stories come from God so I have to quiet my mind and soul in order for the tales to flow. I play classical music (harp music by Hailey Ann Smith is a definite inspiration), fix a cup of tea or glass of wine (depending on the time of day), and curl up with my computer and start writing.

I purchased a bedraggled antique teddy bear online from Brighton England with so much personality that the story seemed to seep from his stuffing! Before I knew it, story after story about his antics and past life were flowing onto the computer screen. Through Button Eyes is meant to take the reader back to simpler times when tea parties, dressing up, and playing in the snow was the most important part of life.
