Hey Ross! You're so kind to extend an invitation, but unfortunately I don't do any Beta reading or reviewing, or ARCs. I only review when things are published, so I'd be more than happy to review when it's out! :) And happy birthday to you!

Hey Michael! To get on the list to be interviewed on Diabolic Shrimp's Youtube channel, simply subscribe to the Youtube channel and let me know you did so (it sometimes notifies me and it sometimes doesn't, so just send me a friendly line and I'll get you on the list). Hello Josh,
I did click on subscribe today for Diabolic Shrimp. I must say that your logo is killer. Who designed that -- you?

Hey Michael! I always love bringing new authors into Diabolic Shrimp's Youtube channel! When authors subscribe to the channel and let me know about it, I put them on my interview list. I always have a wait list since we have tons of authors, so I do have the shows as first come first served, and the other half I pick from the list at random to be fair towards both the people that have been waiting and those that are new. If you'd like to subscribe, simply click on the red subscribe button beneath any of Diabolic Shrimp's videos. It's totally free and only takes a second, plus it helps me give more exposure to other authors and I donate a portion of any money I make from advertising towards universally good things like ocean exploration and childhood disease research.

Thanks for asking, Dandy! I'm currently wrapping up the first season of my bestselling comic The Lost Boy (it's in final art production and will be published next month). I'm hard at work converting my YA fantasy novel The Fifth Ascendant into a long and epic comic (and I'm super excited about it)! That one will go into art production and will be published in the fall. I'm also about to start a short story collection called Another Zombie Apocalypse. It will feature several stories that involve zombies but are a very different take on the traditional zombie apocalypse trope. What have you been writing lately? I hope you're cranking away at something since I've really enjoyed your work! :)

The Lost Boy is so fantastic. Such a great concept. It seems like it was right there the entire time but nobody did it. Glad it was you, sir!

I have a 'Lost Boy' in my bookcase ready for any children coming to stay - I can hope! It's very good.

Thanks Trana! I really appreciate it! I'm actually hard at work converting The Fifth Ascendant into a comic, so I'm really excited about that. I've finished writing the rough draft for the sequel, The Sixth Ascendant, but am currently mostly focused on The Fifth Ascendant comic and finishing the first season of The Lost Boy comic. You need to get your sequel out too so I can read it! :)

Awesome Robert! And thanks for the compliment! :) I'm excited to read your work!

Hey Robert! Thanks for reaching out! Yeah, I'm still on my insane quest, lol! When people join my website Diabolic Shrimp, I eventually get their book and review it. Joining my site is free and no hassle (there's just a Join tab on the site with one or two questions to fill in). It takes me a bit of time to review (sometimes a couple months), and I don't accept free copies since I insist authors get paid for their work. If that sounds good to you, just head on over to www.diabolicshrimp.com to sign up. Cheers!

The pipes wanted me to feed them, and so I fed them her.

Thanks for the question Anna! I believe that we should all put ten percent of our efforts towards something meaningful that will benefit all humankind. I also like to relate that ten percent to something in each of my books. Since Pandora is a horror story set on a cruise ship but has a lot to do with ocean exploration, I thought it'd be fun to support that. Plus I just love the ocean and only five percent of it has been explored! My support goes to both the Nautilus and Okeanos exploration vessels which have found hundreds of new species. Okeanos was recently out in the Gulf of Mexico and found all sorts of weird stuff including a lobster that uses sticks as battle armor which I just love so much! Here's to hoping they don't dig up Cthulu though.

Sounds like fun! No need to cajole though. I'll eventually buy and review your book. I'm happy you're with us BL!

Hey Raymond! I'm always interested in buying and reviewing other people's work! Pop on over to Diabolic Shrimp if you're interested! www.diabolicshrimp.com

Hey Kevin! Pop on by Diabolic Shrimp if you haven't yet. It's free to join and I buy and review books. It takes me a bit to upload people (part of my way of getting to know each author), so I apologize if you've already visited and are still waiting. Can't wait to check out your work! :)

Well, the bears typically write most of the books themselves. Our encounters were actually intense planning sessions. And as for the hibernating....well, some people say my writing has that quality to it (sniffle). :)

I try not to think outside the box or inside the box. I try to think as the box. :)

Oddly enough, standardized testing. I was in high school and had nothing to do after I finished my test so I started writing short stories and haven't stopped since. I love to tell stories though, and when I run out of stuff I like to read, I just write books I would enjoy reading.

Wow, totally didn't see this, sorry! One of the craziest experiences in my life was surviving a flash flood. I was stranded in the mountains for a few days with some other counselors and a bunch of kids. We had food and water so things turned out okay, but it's definitely one of the most wild things to ever happen to me! Can't say I really have a bucket list, but I'd definitely like to go visit Japan someday.

That's really nice to hear Ethan! You're a good imaginative guy so you're definitely going to write something amazing! I honestly have always just created stories in my head. When I was younger (and still to this day) I used to take shows or video games I liked and expanded on their stories in my head. Nowadays I tend to take things I enjoy and write new stories that have the same feel as them. As for sticking with it, that takes a little more practice. I wrote and gave up on about thirty mini books before I ever wrote my first novel. Just write a story you personally enjoy and it'll eventually pan itself out.
Joshua Grant
I write what I love. I've always written (and still write) sci fi and fantasy because that's what I love to watch and read. Recently, I fell in love with horror books because you can get close in with the characters and tell some powerful stories through them.
