Noone I don't really know - I got a huge amount of satisfaction and a massive feeling of pride when I'd finally finished all the writing/rewriting/editing but then both of those levels of emotion were surpassed when I received the printed and bound copy.

And now a few people are reading the book - which is really scary but in a good way... I think!
Noone Persevere, I guess.
Noone I just look around this dying, tortured planet and see so much pain, death and destruction caused by human animals with their greed, superstitions and stupidity that I have to write about it.
Noone A few years ago, in England, where I live, the government arbitrarily decided to cull hundreds of badgers in certain areas of the country – they blamed these innocent creatures for the spread of bovine TB amongst, so-called, dairy cows. There was no scientific evidence to support the claims or actions of the state, the politicians and civil servants concerned merely succumbed to the lobbying of the meat/dairy industry. As is prevalent in (supposed) western democracies, those with the most money wield the most power. Now, some three or so years after this scandalous cull began, it has been revealed that not one of the slaughtered badgers was infected with TB, yet cows still suffer from the disease and the poor farmers are, allegedly, losing money because of it. Not one government official or farming representative has ever questioned the disgusting practices of the dairy industry as, perhaps, being a major contributory factor in the health of those unfortunate bovine animals.
However, for some reason the term “cull” stuck in my mind – indeed, the first working title for my novel was 'The Cull' – and, eventually, I formulated the narrative and wrote what is now titled 'the hell world'.
Alas, as a vegan fiction author, there is so much injustice in this world to inspire my imagination.
