How do you get inspired to write?
Sherry Monahan For me, it's called a deadline!

What are you currently working on?
Sherry Monahan I am putting the finishing touches on my latest cookbook called, The Cowboy Cookbook. It will be out in September of next year.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Sherry Monahan Join a writer's organization in the genre you are writing about. They are helpful and most have annual conventions where you can network with similar writers. I write about the American West so I joined Western Writers of America and Women Writing the West.
