Hi Christine, love the Dark Series and I routinely do a re read of all books every couple of years. I’m currently doing so and I’m on Dark Carousel and wondering if we will see Genevieve and Grace in coming books and if they will be lifemates. I’d hoped they would be lifemates to the monastery ancients but as they are all partnered up now, just wondering if the lovely ladies will be saving a couple of souls soon?
Christine Feehan I do think of them and hope to see them with their lifemates. But it has to come to me naturally and make sense. Their time will come!

Hello dear Christine, I have been writing supernatural and paranormal books for four years and published them on Amazon, but I still have no sales or reviews. I can’t afford paid ads or review services. Do you have any advice on how an author with no budget can help their books get noticed and read? Thank you.
Christine Feehan I'm probably not the one to ask. I have a team who does all of that for me. But, doing blogs on Goodreads and being available on social media is one thing I can recommend.

Dear Ms. Feehan, As a writer myself, I often feel that writing a series is a way to keep our characters alive a little longer. Sometimes I am even surprised when rereading what I wrote years before. Do you ever experience that same feeling when returning to your characters?

How do you stay focused when you are writing?
Christine Feehan Coffee. Tea. Quiet. lol It's difficult sometimes. But, I'm a very disciplined person.

Christine Feehan Be consistent. Write daily. Work on being disciplined.

when is Darius from shadow rider going to get his book?
Christine Feehan With Mass Market going away I'm not sure when or if he will get his own book. I'd love to write it!

Which of your characters is closest to your personality?
Christine Feehan I think all of them have a little piece of me.

When you title a book do you give any consideration to whether it has been used before? Many titles are, for instance "The Reckoning" is 6 very different books, "Nowhere to run" used 7 times, "Payback" 8. "The Return" a whopping 9 times. I never gave it much thought until I started researching it. I used to think a title could never be duplicated. Does it matter to you? Just wondering. PS Cant wait for "Twisted Road"!
Christine Feehan Not really. But I do have a team who will let me know if a title has been used a lot just in case I want to make changes.

How did you know you wanted to become an author? Like, how did you know that you were going to write books and people would actually read them, and that this career was going to work out? Like, I am still in high school, writing a book, and I want to become a writer, but I just don't know if it will work out.
Christine Feehan I've always written stories since I could put pen to paper. It's a compulsion for me. I'm blessed that people like my books and I can do this as a career.

Hi Christine, when you're writing your books,ie Torpedo Ink, are you copying an outline or "making it up" as you go along with whatever comes to mind? Awesome series!! Thx, Susan
Christine Feehan I sit down and start writing. No outline.

Ms. Feehan, I was wondering if you have ended your Shadow series? If not, may I ask if you let your readers know when you are ending a series. I enjoy all of your novels, looking forward to the next Torpedo Ink book. Thank you in advance! Sincerely, Jean
Christine Feehan I love my Shadow Rider series. But, the publisher determines which books they want to publish and when. With Mass Market paperbacks no longer being in print it makes it harder to get series like the Shadow Riders and Leopards published.

One of mine, it's hard to say since I'm not sure what you like to read, but maybe start with one of the Drake Sisters stories. Any of those.

Twisted Road is due to be released soon, and I can't wait to read it, but I was wondering if we will get a hint of who maybe next in the Torpedo Ink series? Are you already planning, creating and imagining who will be next as you write? Do you have instincts that tell you one TI member's book will sell better then another? Is there one with a story or history so sad that you dread writing it? Sorry that's lot.

I can't really say who might be next. So many times I've thought I knew just to find out it is someone completely different.
The story I struggle with writing is one I've started and stopped several times already - Lana. I want to write her story, it's just a challange emotionally.

Which of your series would you most like to see as a screen adaptation?
Christine Feehan Good question. I'd love to see any of them on the screen. I think the Drake Sisters would be easiest to adapt but GhostWalkers would be a likely one.
