I have a large L-shaped desk with loads of organisers for stationery, etc. I have my label printer for signed copies that I post from home. and at least three books on my shelf. It's got calming lighting and photos of the people who mean the most to me. When I'm having a tough time or facing writer's block, I look to the books that inspire me and to the photos of my loved ones. This helps motivate me to continue— no matter how hard it is sometimes.

I usually allocate at least an hour in the morning to complete my boring mum chores, e.g., tackling the dreaded laundry pile & dishwasher. Then I get myself settled at my desk. Revisit my previous thoughts, character profiles, etc., and let the creative juices flow!

I love that you can put a voice to the characters. How you can feel what they're going through when the narrators act out the scenes? I also love how accessible they are. There are some people who can't access physical copies or are unable to allocate the time. It's important to me that everyone can access and experience a book.

I wanted to write a romance that wasn’t clean or safe — something rooted in obsession, trauma, and the complicated choices people make when love becomes a weapon. The idea grew into a world where everyone has a secret, and no one is as innocent as they seem.

High emotional tension, small-town secrets, morally grey characters, and a romance that walks the line between desire and destruction. Book One sets everything on fire — Book Two explores what rises from the ashes.

Definitely Jacob. He’s layered, dangerous, protective, and absolutely convinced he’s doing the right thing — even when he isn’t. His mind is a dark place, and I love exploring it.

Definitely not. This is dark romance with psychological themes, violence, trauma, and morally questionable choices. If you enjoy intense, emotionally heavy stories, this is for you.
