Jane Gibson Hello.
Yes - my new novel will be out at the end of November.
I do hope that she likes that just as much.

Jane Gibson I was watching Van Helsing with Hugh Jackman, and during the film there is a scene with vampires in a ballroom. As Anna is being waltzed by Dracula, they move in front of a mirror where only her reflection is visible. This was the inspiration for my recent and first novel.
Jane Gibson Usually, something just springs to mind and it inspires me to make notes. I find this can happen at any time; whilst driving, waking from a dream, being with my children, family or friends. I never find it hard to get inspired when it comes to writing.
Jane Gibson I am currently working on my second novel. Also a romance, with a humorous theme. I am enjoying writing about my new characters and places and hope to have it finished in the spring.
Jane Gibson To believe in yourself, ask friends to read what you are writing for an initial review on what you are trying to achieve, and then gain as much advice from 'The Writers and Artists Handbook', internet sites and any literary groups local and nationally. You will find information that can help you choose the correct path whether it be finding an agent, publisher or self-publishing.
Jane Gibson I think that it would have to be the fact that you can create an array of characters and places that can be translated onto paper from the creative visual representation that you have created in your mind.
Jane Gibson I usually have more than one book idea active at any one time. If I find that I have writer's block with the book that I am currently writing, then I move away from it and start to work on the outline plan of another until I can move on. Failing that I read a couple of chapters of whichever book I have started and that usually fires up the creative process again.
