I either meditate or walk. As I walk thoughts and ideas run through my mind. Therefore, I have to keep a pad and pen nearby. The same thing happens when I meditate, eventually my mind calms down and I am off to world of angels, guides and avatars.

Retired for the night with a good book, Jillian opened the book to the first page and started to read. Hours later, she opened her eyes to find herself not in her bed but in the bed of the character in the book.

I travel in and out of dimensions in my sleep as lucid dreaming and doing my awake hours. In my dreams I act out issues that I need clarity on. Other times, I have an abundance of synchronicities that help me to make the right decisions. I discuss these phenomena in my upcoming book, Path to Truth: a Spiritual Memoir.
