What’s the best thing about being a writer?
David Reuben I can only answer for myself. All my books, except for “Psychiatric Hospital”, are medical books designed to help my readers improve their lives. The tens of thousands of letters that I have received from people whose lives have been made better from my books, is really the most wonderful experience of my life. For me, that’s the best thing about being a writer.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
David Reuben To tell the truth, I don’t wait for “inspiration”. I analyzed the usefulness of a book for my patients, spend the months required to do the necessary research, and then write the book.
