I would go to Panem and cause chaos. Not big chaos that is Katniss' job, but little chaos moments. Like I'd steal Snow's roses and paint them purple. I'd rearrange the numbers for the districts so they are out of order calling District Two District Seven and so on. That would mess with the games, right?
