It may not warrant a novel, but in 2004 at an IBM conference my backpack, which contained a satirical script involving the top executives, along with my company laptop, disappeared, then reappeared mysteriously the next day. The script was gone. I will probably post the true story to my blog someday, in the interest of shaming the thieving executives.

Not yet, but I plan on it. "Naked Lunch" was a real eye-opener. Read it in college, when I was introduced to the "cut up" style of writing, where the author literally cuts words, sentences, phrases out of a newspaper, throws them on the floor to see what kind of new ideas it generates.
