I did a good bit of ghostwriting as I was building my own writing to a sustainable level. It taught me that block is mental. You can push through it and make a choice. Usually that first choice for the next step in the story is the right one. Either choice of path at a stopping point has a story down it. You pick one and that path becomes your story then. Other paths will be saved for other stories.
