What are you currently working on?
Susan A. Royal I'm working on Book 3 of the It's About Time Series.

How do you get inspired to write?
Susan A. Royal Read, listen to music, watch one of my favorite movies, blog about writing. A change of scenery is good for inspiration. I can close my eyes, imagine a scene and go from there.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Susan A. Royal Join an online critique group. Go to writing conferences. Write, edit, learn, rewrite, edit again and never EVER give up.

Susan A. Royal The best thing about being a writer is getting to create my own world and everything in it.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Susan A. Royal My latest book From Now On is a sequel to my time travel adventure/romance Not Long Ago. I've been a fan of time travel since I read Three Hearts And Three Lions by Poul Anderson many years ago.The idea of getting up close and personal with people from some other time has always intrigued me. My main character is thrown into a medieval world with no idea how to get home. Throw in a handsome knight, ghosts and a kidnapping and she has her hands full!
