Susan Hayes At this time there's no plan to continue the story of Eternal Bonds. But plans change, so you never know.

Hi! I just read one of your Drift book and have been looking through your other books to see if there are any that take place during the Resource Wars; are there any or do they all take place after the fact? Thank you and cheers!
Susan Hayes So far, they all take place after the fact, once all the cyborgs are free to act how they want. There's war brewing in that world, though... so there might be another resource war in the future.

I just found your Star Crossed Mail Order Bride series over Christmas. I loved them! As I have said to some of the Authors that I can, thank you. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my books. You guys give us so much to joy when we need that boost. I can't help but wonder if there will be any more?

There won't be any more Star-crossed books, but I do have plans for a spinoff series with the Romaki dragons.

Susan: Have just completed the Drift series so far... Just a fantastic group of characters in an original plot -thank you! At the end of "No Limit", a series list indicates that "Aces Over Queen" will be the next book - but I can't seem to find it mentioned anywhere - will it be coming soon? Deb
Susan Hayes Hello, Apologies for the slow response, I didn't get an alert about this question. Aces Over Queen will be out in June of 2019. I have some other Drift stories coming out in the meantime, standalone romance novellas in the Drift Universe, as well as Operation Cobalt, which will be out in January.

Jared's story hasn't been written yet. I plan to do it once I have the rights back to the rest of the series.

When is 3013 fury going to be available? I'm in love with the series and had read that it was coming out today but I've been unable to find it. Thanks

Unfortunately, due to creative differences, 3013: FURY will not be published. Further, I will no longer be writing books in the 3013 series. I wish my fellow 3013 authors nothing but success, now and in the future.

As for me, I will be moving on to other projects (Yes, they will be sci fi romance!)

I'd like to thank you, and all the 3013 readers for your amazing support and enthusiasm. It’s been an incredible adventure.

Susan l've just finished your Wlde Boys series and can't wait to read what is instore for Jared. My fav is Nicky always had a spot for the bad boy. Your sci-fi rocks too.
Susan Hayes Hi Barbara! I'm so glad you're enjoying my Wilde brothers. I will be writing Jared's story soon, so it should be out this fall. I will confess, I have a weakness for Nick, too!

I have a few books for you to read while you're waiting on Jared's story. 3013: FURY is due out in May, and so is Etched in Stone, which will be a part of S.E. Smith's Magic, New Mexico Kindle World. (So excited about that!)

I just read both of the Wilde Series books and loved them. Any idea when the third book in the series will be released? I saw that you recently got a new tattoo. Perhalps you were inspired by Nick Wilde =) Is Nick's book next?

Thank you for asking and I am so glad you are enjoying my Wilde boys.

I am working on Wilde Ink, Nick's story right now and should have it in to my publisher at the end of the month. If they accept it, you can expect to read about Nick and Chicago PD Detective Lia Archer around November 2014.

My new tattoo is actually the fertility tattoo symbol from the "3013: The Series" books I write with my dear friend and fellow author Laurie Roma. I did ask my tattoo artist all sorts of questions and yes, there will be bits of my latest tattoo experience in Wilde Ink. :)

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Susan Hayes Writers block, for me, usually means I've made a misstep somewhere in my manuscript and the story has stopped flowing. Sometimes it's as simple as getting a night's sleep or just stepping away from the story for a bit while my brain works out what went wrong. If that doesn't work, then I get back to writing, even if every word is a struggle.
