I think Paolo is probably my favorite (although I'll always have a soft place in my heart for Alex). I love writing Paolo as I never know what part of him I'll get. He's quite a noble character, but he comes off so arrogant and self-absorbed that it's tough to see the sweet, noble guy he is.

Everything! Jeesh, I don't know if there could be anything more wonderful. It's my dream occupation and I'm living it! I feel incredibly fortunate. I wake when I want. I stay up all night long because a character is going through something. I just love it!

It was a natural progression of the previous trilogy. Paolo was my favorite character and needed a stronger role. This book answers a lot of questions and sets up a new futures.
