When should the Gramm curse be read in the Night Watchmen series? As a prequel to the series or after book one or book two? Thanks!
Candace Knoebel Hey! It can be read either before or after book one. Either way, it won't hurt what you learn. But... if you read before book one, it might give better insight to Jaxen. ♥

Hello, Just curious as to Faye's thought processes in Everlasting, are they yours? I think it's way too stream of conscious for someone who is a teen. I'm not saying they don't ponder the world and have deep feelings, but I am wondering if she develops self confidence in the other books in this series? I think it's an interesting read. Jaxen is a mystery, and an intriguing one at that. Thanks! Mo
Candace Knoebel Hello, Mo. I personally wouldn't categorize thought process by age. I believe it has more to do with who you're raised by, the culture your raised in, and the everyday occurrences that happen to you that mold you into the person or, in this case, the character you become and shape how you view the world. As far as confidence, any story would be stagnant if the MC didn't have inner growth and, with this being a continuous series, there's plenty of room for her confidence to expand. As well as her powers. :)

Is Night Watchman a planned trilogy, or will there be more? I am getting ready to post for your tour of Evernight and I just finished the book. I just wanted to say thank you. It is truly an amazing series, and definitely shaping up to be an all time favorite. Please keep 'em coming!
Candace Knoebel Thank you for the awesome compliment! I'm humbled and honored! To answer your question, this is not a trilogy. There are five books fleshed out, with the potential to expand into seven books. There will also be a spin-off series which will come to light in Everlost!

Candace Knoebel Nope! The series is planned out to be a total of five books, possibly seven, with the potential for spin-off series which will come to light in Everlost. :)

Candace Knoebel Hey Maryanne! Evernight (Night Watchmen, #2) will be released on October 31st, 2014. I've also been working on Everlost, which is the 3rd book in the Night Watchmen series. That will definitely be released in early 2015. ;)
