hi, first of all - THANK YOU for your books, I love your characters so much <3 I was wondering... I read some of your characters as being somewehere on asexual spectrum - like Tristan and Noah and Maddox definitely seem demi to me, and Apollo's mother gives me some graysexual vibes. I figured there's no harm in asking :) Is it just my interpretation or is it intentional? Anyway, it's really wonderful read <3
Annabeth Albert Yes, ace representation is very important to me. Apollo's mother felt very ace to me, and I tried to write her the way she asked to be written, as I do with all of my characters. In SQUARED AWAY, "Wizard" on-page discusses his demisexual/ace identity. Sorry for the extremely slow response--I don't visit Goodreads often.

Annabeth Albert I don't do pinterest but I do occasionally post pics and stuff in my reader group, Annabeth's Angels on FB. If you tag me there, I'll upload my inspiration pics for you--not sure how to attach them here. Sorry for the extremely slow response--I don't visit Goodreads often.

I know you published it a while ago, but I just got around to the Out of Uniform Series, and I must say I absolutely loved "At Attention". Loss like that is such a difficult and touchy subject to write, and you absolutely nailed it. I hope you're very proud of that novel because it's definitely one of the best I've ever read. Thank you for sharing your writing talent, can't wait to read more!?

Can we expect a reappearance of Clark and Bryce from "Waiting for Clark"? :3 These guys were sweet together and a little short story (or novella) with them again would be awesome. :3 PS I really loved this story and I'm totally looking forward to read your other stories :3 (already purchaised a few along with this. :3 )

Just finished Swimming the Distance and I LOVED IT! Why oh why isn't this available? I couldn't even find mention of it on Goodreads. Will you be putting it out soon? I'd love to be able to leave a review and recommend it to people.

Annabeth Albert I'm sorry for the long delay in answering--I didn't know there was a question pending! It should be up on ARe after the release date, but I'm not sure exactly when--it's also up for preorder at Kobo, iTunes, B&N, and google play. Thank you so much for the support, and I'll make sure the publisher knows that readers want it on ARe ASAP.

Not so much a question? Loved Status Update. I am looking forward to next two books in the series. Really hoping to see casual mentions characters running into Noah and Adrian on their way home from the park with a toddler or whatever. Really just want to see Noah and Adrian realise their dream of being fathers.

Does the second #gaymers book have the same main characters?
Annabeth Albert No! New main characters! It's Tristan and Ravi's book. You meet Ravi very briefly in the closing scene of STATUS UPDATE and Tristan is new. Josiah, another secondary character, gets his book in book 3. THANK YOU!

I loved resilient heart, do you plan on writing more stories with Mackey and Xander?
Annabeth Albert I feel like their story was complete with their epilogue, but they will make guest appearances in a few other stories I've got planned. And never say never. :) Xander has a way of asking for things...
