That's a hard one. I've always wanted to travel to Middle Earth and live among the elves. More recently though I think it would be a lot of fun to step into the Cosmere, specifically during the time period of Mistborn Era Two from Brandon Sanderson.

Mainly, I drink an unhealthy amount of coffee, which isn't a whole lot different from any other day. For the most part I try to push through scenes that are giving me problems, sometimes talking about them with a close friend. If that doesn't work I try picking up where that scene would end, dealing with the aftermath and sometimes that makes the scene that I'm struggling with fall into place.
