Hi Bob, What’s your take on senior executives trying to replace junior developers with AI ? In my view, this may work for a while, until senior developers move out and there is no one to replace them.

What's up with you nowadays?
There's much info on the interwebs, especially YouTube, on this question.
For myself, I believe that whilst AI / LLMs has value in some use cases, coding is not one of them. See also my blog posts on Organisational AI Therapy. Bottom line: LLMs are a dead end as far as AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) is concerned.

Great to hear from you. I've not read it as I doubt it would add anything to my knowledge. Others seem to speak highly of it. I did try to get a copy from the authors in exchange for one of my books, but they seems disinterested in doing that.
