Writer's block is something that every writer faces at some point. I've written an article recently about it on my blog. I generally deal with it by taking a break from writing. I take a break and and seek out new places, people and conversations, to inspire me and then start writing again. I believe writer's block is an alert for a writer that they need to take a break and recharge their batteries.
