Luke Goldstein At this point my most recent book is my only book, What Came First?, and the idea for that actually started with a question. How do people react when presented with the unexplainable?
Luke Goldstein Everything I see and hear is inspiration to me. The bigger question is how do I filter all those ideas down to ones that have true weight to them. I'm still working on that one.

Luke Goldstein There is nothing standing in your way. All the excuses about not having connections or professional training or anything else, those are all things your fear is saying so you won't start.
Luke Goldstein Making people feel something about the characters you create. You give those imaginary people life, then the reader gives them meaning.
Luke Goldstein At this point I don't have a solution for this other than forcing myself to sit down and start pouring out words. Even if they are terrible and bound to be immediately fed to the shredder, it's the habit that is more important than the quality of the writing.
