Susan Marie Literally all of LOTR. Although I am human, I would want to be an integral part of the Elven world and of the Trees.

Susan Marie My first memory was standing before a coffin. I was two years old. I was on my tippy toes reaching into the coffin touching the face of a woman. I was calling her name but she wouldn't wake up.
Susan Marie Hola! That book is from 2006. It is available still in eBook on Amazon. My new book from 2016 is available in Kindle and print on Amazon. I do wish to format my new book into an audiobook, Shahda. I have not done that yet though. A lot of my audio is on Soundcloud. Thank you for asking.
Susan Marie There was an election. A new president won.
Susan Marie Hi Joe! Excellent question. As a public relations executive and in todays world of technology, marketing yourself is free and simple. Networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads, LinkedIn, Google +, Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress, and Pinterest are all free and allow the user to connect to the world and upload their information. Do a Google search on other networks that solely deal with ebooks.

Self promotion is the key but not spamming people, rather developing true relationships and communication with the public so they not only appreciate your work, but you as well. In turn, people will share, promote and purchase your work.

You have the tools to bring your work to the world through technology.

Good for you by the way!
Susan Marie That has never occurred with me. I do not believe it ever will. There are far too many astounding things to write about. Just look around you. If you do experience this, I can suggest flipping through a dictionary, getting yourself in nature, reading other works, seeing works of art and if you have any kind of negative emotions inside of you, get it out of you by writing those feelings down. Not everything has to be daises and roses *smile* Some of my best writing has come from pain.
Susan Marie Being able to affect people emotionally. I adore when I read work or see a piece of art and am moved by it. Emotion is everything to me so in whatever fashion, even if one dislikes what you create, well, you caused another to FEEL. For me, writing is a release and it is my greatest joy. If anything I write happens to touch another, then I guess I did what I was supposed to do.
Susan Marie Just write. Do not think. Get it down immediately before it goes away. Record it, write it, type it, use crayons, [I once wrote with a stick of black eyeliner and a napkin] but use whatever means you have to get those emotions documented. After that, you can edit if need be. Just do it . . .
Susan Marie Three volumes of poetry: Dewan, Driftwood and Shahada.
Susan Marie EVERYTHING inspires me. I am grateful words come to me constantly. I can look at a picture, hear or see a word, be in nature, read a book . . . the entire world and everyone and everything in it inspires me to write. How do I get inspired? All I can say is I simply start writing when it hits me.
Susan Marie I have a few books yet to be published, so to answer this correctly, my latest ideas came from studying all kinds of spirituality. The first is titled "Driftwood" [as in we are all drifting, some of us come back bleached, white and clean onshore and some of us keep drifting.] Second is "Shahada" [in Arabic means "to testify to"] which is a compilation of poetry written for a most dear soul focusing on unconditional love in various forms. The third is titled "Dewan" and this volume is going to be a tough one. It is in three languages [Arabic, English, Urdu] and focuses on my direct experience with Islam. I one day plan on a novel. We shall see.
