What an amazing and difficult question! There are so many great worlds to choose from.
Right now, I chose George R.R. Martin's world of A Song of Ice and Fire. I'd travel to Westeros, off Cersei and Little Finger, marry John Snow and Tyrion (because it's a fictional world and I'll do as I please) and live happily ever after.
Then again... If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

It's a myth. Sure there are days the words flow like water in Niagara Falls. Other days that flow like water in the Sahara. As long as you don't give up and write through the slog, you'll have more words at the end of the day than you had at the beginning. Get a snack or take a short walk and get back to it.

Sylvia Day told an audience at RT Convention to write three books before they think about submitting to a publisher or self-publishing. At that point you know that you can complete a book and you know about how long it takes. If you have the right critique partners, you'll also have grown in your craft enough to write a book that people will want to read. I agree one hundred percent.

I'm excited to take a step away from the Base Branch Series and write the Stalker Series. It's action packed, but darker and the books will be more of a thriller ride.

(view spoiler)[Captor Mine came to me while I was watching a training video of wounded ARMY veteran Derek Weida. I love health and fitness and was blown away by the drive and ability of the self-proclaimed amputee-extraordinaire. He'd served as a Paratrooper in the UNITE STATES ARMY’s prestigious 82nd Airborne Division and was shot through the knee in a nighttime operation. Derek fought through depression and suicidal thoughts to become a competitive athlete and beacon for other wounded veterans and lowly civilians alike. (hide spoiler)]
