I had it on Smashwords when I had first published Book I. But I ended up withdrawing it as Smashwords had negligible impact on readership. It seemed to make little sense, as I would have to give up KDP Select benefits if I put it on Smashwords.

I am not sure it is ... haven't seen much evidence to support it. On the other hand, one has read about some real mighty swords :-)
