Hi Anne! I don’t know why Goodreads shows Of Pleasures and Powers published last May but it won’t be out until early 2021. Thanks for asking. :)

Love this question! If I wanted to write a paranormal ghost story, my grandmother's house had several strange events occur that I witnessed growing up. She claimed her house was haunted, but not by scary ghosts. Rocking chairs moving on their own, apparitions, objects moving--it sure as heck scared me as a kid!

Hi Angie! Being excited about my books was a great compliment--thank you so much! Lol, where do you find a Luke? I think women are only half-joking when asking that question. My best answer is much like Anabel would say. Scrutinize thyself. Don't stop striving to be that woman you want to be, don't stop being honest about what you want in life & love, and try not to settle for anything less when you choose your man. In the meantime, stay on your toes and keep reading hot romances! ;)

Great but hard question for a voracious reader. There are so many, but the the answer is Rhett Butler and Katie Scarlett O'Hara. Why? They were the most impactual fictional couple on my young psyche. I read Gone With The Wind at age 9 or so and the ending scarred me for life. Deliberating afterwards in my own mind if vain, stubborn, indomitable Scarlett ever got over herself enough to get on her knees to Rhett and find a way to make him give a damn again was a day to day struggle of my budding cynical nature versus the desire to believe true love could conquer all. The novel formed my lifelong appreciation of the traits that make a man gorgeous and sexy to me--wit, intelligence, sense of humor, awareness, strength of character, and badass, definitely badass. The book also helped me decide what type of woman I did and did not want to be when I grew up.

Ah, I concur. I read the book a few times and saw the movie many, many times when I was growing up. How could you not love Rhett?! I'm afraid too many

I haven't experienced writer's block per se. What I do find helpful when I'm at a crossroads in a book is to talk about it out loud with interested friends or family. (If you see that deer in the headlights look on somebody's face when you bring up your book--yeah, that's probably a sign they wished they'd run. Have a little pity.) My husband's the perfect sounding board. He can't run too far before I track him down. He listens, nods, and grins while I pace and gesticulate like a madwoman. He's also very smart and always agrees with my final conclusions.

As a bossy control freak that would make a perfect Dom, if only I loved a submissive man, which alas, I do NOT, the best thing about writing is I call all the shots in my books. (I'm sorry, we'll have to wait a minute before I can go on due to all the voices laughing so loudly in my head.)

I am currently working on the fourth book in The Adventures of Anabel Axelrod series. Barring any unplanned acts of God, I'm shooting for a release date of November 15, 2014.

As a reader, I have two top favorite book genres--romance and zombie apocalypse. As an indie writer, it only seemed natural to combine the two when I decided to write a new series. Whether I'm reading them or writing them, both genres, if written well, should get the adrenaline pumping through your body like crazy. I love writing steamy scenes and edge-of-your-seat action. Acadia's Law: Book One, Undying Love Series is the end result of following my adrenaline-pumpin' passions. I hope you, and your body, love the result, too!
