When do you think you'll be able to publish the sequel to You First, if there's actually going to be one? P.S. I love love loved it. It made laugh and cry and smile and frown and it was simply breathtaking. Just wow.

J.C. Lillis Hi--thanks so much for the message! I'm sorry for the late reply; I'm hardly ever on GR. :-) I'm so so glad you liked YOU FIRST--thank you for reading it! I'm working steadily on the sequel and hope to have it out by the end of the year, but I'm a slow writer and have pandemic brain, so I can't make hard and fast promises about the release date. I'll be making announcements on Twitter and my website when the release date gets closer, so please stay tuned! Hopefully it'll be worth the wait. :-)

So after months of badgering, my library is going to carry both, "How to repair a mechanical heart" and "A&B".... I am going to recommend it to everyone!!! Just wanted you to know anymore sequels???

I'm so grateful for your support. :-) I'm not planning any more Mechanical Hearts books at the moment, but that could always change. I'm writing a new book right now--a superhero-themed M/M novel--and that should be out by early 2019.

Thank you so much for the inquiry, and I'm thrilled to hear that you've had so many requests for HTRAMH. Any plans for a sequel to HTRAMH?

J.C. Lillis Hi Matthew! Thanks for the question. I actually just released a new book, A&B, and Brandon & Abel have a major subplot in it! It's not a proper sequel (the main storyline is an f/f romance), but they're a big part of the story. They're ten years older in this one, so it was really fun to revisit them and explore what they're up to at this point in their lives.
