My latest book (which isn't on here yet) is a health book called "Alkaline VS Acid", which explores how a body should be kept in an Alkaline state so as not to get diseases.
I have been researching different diseases in society and have found that most illnesses/diseases, are caused by the body being too acidic.
My idea was to put information out there to help people decided what to eat and how to generally keep well.

A lot of times it's sitting in nature that inspires me, but also my family and my pets…plus I love to write about health and wellbeing, improving one's health.

At the moment I am deep in study so my last novel in the series "The Ghendarg of Buragia" has been put on hold.

Even if it never gets published by a professional company (if you have to publish yourself, like I do), at least get it out there for everyone to read and benefit from.

You can make up glorious stories of adventure, mishap, love etc., and publish them for all to read and enjoy.

I try not to think about it too much and just stop what I am doing to go on with something else. I pick it up again when inspiration strikes.
I have been going through a block with my third novel for quite a time, but have written 3 other ebooks in the meantime. I'm sure I will get back to it eventually!!
