Truthfully, I don't wait for inspiration. Writing every day is a habit for me, so I just do it! If I don't, I don't feel right. Like something is missing!

I usually think of a character first and then figure out what her/his problem is. I try to crawl inside of them to hear them think, to feel what they feel. Then, the inspiration comes. I also read a lot, which helps!

Write every single day! Make it a habit. Join a writer's group. I learned so much from my fellow writer friends. They are the most generous people in the world. Study your craft. Keep at it! Perseverance is priceless.

The entire business! I absolutely love it, and I get very involved with my characters. I also enjoy interacting with my readers. It sounds corny, but I love them! The huge bonus is time freedom. I'm my own boss, which it wonderful!

Ha! I just don't allow myself to have it. :-) But seriously, I just make myself write anyway. I figure it might all have to be scrapped the next day, but I force myself to do it. Usually, it's not as bad as I feared... Thankfully, it doesn't happen very often! Thanks for asking!
