As I work full-time, and am not the most disciplined writer, a family friend suggested that I put out a book of short stories as an "in-between" my next novel. Unbeknownst to me, it would take a couple of years to get my "in-between" book out. Writing a book of short stories isn't as easy as I considered it would be. Getting beta readers and feedback on each story, to make sure the points I wanted to get across came across, were probably just as time consuming as for a novel.
Some of the stories were written before and added to the collection, while others were written specifically for this publication.
