Sometimes I need a rest from writing, as I get burned out from the intensity of the work. So, I take a rest from intellectual efforts and get out into nature, go hiking, do something that requires movement, go to the gym and interact with other people! Have fun! And then get back to it! Often, when I am away from writing, the inspiration for the next book comes.
