The story line for Wished Away came about from wanting to write a book that dealt with death and moving on in a happy positive way. So many times we all focus on our sadness and sorrow over our loss but I wanted to show how when people pass, they'd want us to focus on our happy memories rather than on the sadness their absence fills us with.
