All of my books just come to me. If something pops into my mind and it is good material to use; I put forth effort into making it into a story. I always have a book in rotation. As I write the one I am currently working on, I try to have another one partially ready for me to pick up on and to continue writing.

Currently I am working on my 6th novel titled She's Not Worthy. I normally write romance, suspense, thrillers. This book is a thriller.

Keep writing and learn from your mistakes. There is no sound proof way of writing because people will not like what you write all of the time. However, do listen to what a person says if they give you the good and the bad. It may help out with your next book or give you an idea about how to re-edit that particular book.

I don't believe in writer's block. I feel that as a writer the material has to be there or it is considered forced material. To me personally, if it is forced then it is not going to work for the book. It needs to flow and as I write it should just come. I stop writing until I can feel it flowing to my pen or fingers as I type.
