I imagine every writer has their own way with dealing with writer's block. For myself I have to walk away from the problem, leave it for a few days or even weeks before going back and re-reading the last couple of chapters out loud. I have even penned another story before going back to the troublesome one.

I came to writing late in life and regret the wasted time when I considered writing a novel and then shelved the idea. If you have an inkling for a book, just go for it. Write whatever you want, just get the words down. Perfecting it comes later.

As an avid reader myself I pick up on an idea and run with it. I would never consider plagiarism but even something as simple as a comment can get the creative juices flowing. I never know how a story is going to pan out. It develops as I write.

I have read fantasy fiction involving Angels, Demons and also Nephilim. It occurred to me that it might be interesting to combine all three celestial/supernatural beings.
