Same Kind of Different as Me by Ron Hall.

Hard question! :) There are many couples who fall into this category for me, whether straight or not. One of my favorites would be Jake and Brandon from "Caught Running" by Abigail Roux and Madeleine Urban.
They go through so much to get their happy ending, but when they finally do, it's amazing. Opposites do attract, in this instance, and all the misunderstandings, hurt feelings and meddling in the world won't stop them from finding love.

Yes, it is. :) Though each book could technically be read by itself, you'll get the most out of the series if you read them in order:
1. Truck Me All Night Long (Trev's story)
2. Truck Me All Day Long (Adrian's story)
3. Truck Me How I Like It (Derrick's story)
4. Truck Me Back to Normal (Joey's story)
Enjoy! ;)

According to http://www.britannica.com/animal/steer "the male is first a bull calf and if left intact becomes a bull; if castrated he becomes a steer and in about two or three years grows to an ox."
If you've ever been on a farm and seen a steer in action, even though he no longer has the "equipment" to be "intimate" with his favorite cow, he still tries. Repeatedly.
So, the title referred to the main character's "castrated" attempts to make a connection with, and be there for, someone that he knew wasn't good for him.
Hope that helps. :)

Yes, I asked myself this question. I'm weird, sue me. :)
I work full time in an office, currently, so I rarely have the time to do novel-length stories. I will do so, on occasion, however.
Until then, I'll continue to be evil and just provide sexy snacks for my readers. :)
