Casey Sabella I change my location or activity. Take a walk in the woods when possible; go to the gym; take a shower or hang out at beach.
Casey Sabella The ability to express what is going on inside. For me, that also includes inspiration from the Holy Spirit which is very cool. The other amazing thing about writing is that after you leave the planet, what you wrote has the potential to help people from one generation to the next.
Casey Sabella Write something every day. Set aside a certain time when you at your best to write; even it is a journal.
Casey Sabella I honestly don't get inspired. I learned long ago that writing is a craft that must be practiced each day. Because I write each day, the inspiration to begin is not a factor. Casey Sabella I am working on a book, tentatively entitled, Minister's Toolbox which mirrors my podcast of the same name. I took the best content from the first 100 shows and streamlined it for those who would rather read than listen. I expect it out within 60 days.
Casey Sabella My most recent book, When A Good Church Goes Bad was initially written in 1992. I decided to update it, but when I read the book, I realized it needed a complete overhaul. It contains new material and a special audio course attached to the book for those who need genuine healing from a terrible church experience. It is also an audiobook that I narrated.
