The name 606 University is where a medical school fraternity that I was a member exists. It has a storied history. The idea of a who done it just occurred to me.

I am writing two books about an alcoholic urologist named Lee W. Hickok. Set in Galveston Texas in the late seventies. 606 University is a story of the death of a medical student during a debauched fraternity party at 606 University. Sweet Amber is a story about the same character, Lee W. Hickok. He becomes involved in the surgery on the Governor of Texas. The surgery goes well but the patient ultimately dies. His alcoholism is blamed for the death.
