How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jenn J. McLeod I have a wonderful writing partner who shakes me up with encouraging words and pulls me out of those big black holes of despair when the words are not flowing.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Jenn J. McLeod I get to work anywhere. Right now I am travelling in my caravan and writing from Casino, inland NSW!

What are you currently working on?
Jenn J. McLeod Book three in the Seasons Collection is set in a new small town. Delightfully quirky characters bring the town of Coolabah Tree Gully over summer. IN fact sometime this season:
The secret keeper must tell
The betrayed must trust
The hurt must heal.

How do you get inspired to write?
Jenn J. McLeod I was inspired to write House for all Seasons as I wanted to create four women, each as different as the seasons. It was a personal challenge, I guess.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Jenn J. McLeod Simmering Season is my most recent novel, set in the same fictional town ad House for all Seasons. I guess I was not ready to leave Calingarry Crossing so I took a secondary character, Maggie the publican, and created the perfect storm for her to deal (a small town school reunion that brings home a WHOLE lot more than just memories - poor love!!! :)
