My advice for aspiring writers is to put all fear aside and just write. Do that which you are passionate about and that which brings you joy. Writing, as it pertains to books, takes time and discipline. So be sure to write every day until your writing project is finished.

I'm working on my first novel. I'm not going to go into the story yet. However, I will say that it's about a woman who is single and is in the waiting room.

While at a spa resort in Arizona, I remembered reading that authors should write about what they know. And I am very familiar with marriage being a desire and it not happen yet. I also know something about living with purpose while being single and not wanting to go hunting for a man. I wanted to write a book that did not exist on bookshelves (physically and virtually) yet.
