I think the best way to deal with writer's block is to free write. Don't think, just write. If that doesn't work, take a nice walk outside, come back and write again.

My advice for aspiring writers is this: If you want to become a writer—write. Don't just think about it or talk about it—do it. Writing a book can be a long and grueling process, but it's also an amazing experience. The key is to start writing and keep writing.
