I'm promoting a literary collaboration I devised called Twelve Mad Men. It's a portmanteau style book, or novel of stories, whatever works for you. Basically I write the main narrative but the story takes several diversions to meet some messed up characters. Those characters are written by eleven other writers.

I only ever feel writer's block in the sense that I'm not sure where I'm going to take a plot. If this happens and I'm sitting there for more than half an hour I'll just put it down and write a first paragraph of something else to see if I'm feeling a different type of story that day. I have about twenty first paragraphs that will probably all become novels or shorts in the future.
