Currently I am finishing my second book in the series, A Taylor and Alan Adventure. My multi-talented co-author and granddaughter, Alison Taylor, is a wealth of inspiration.
Originally, my best laid plans were to stick with my adult sci-fi/thrillers. But when I found out about my granddaughter's burning desire to become a writer someday, well, let's just say I was "over the moon" happy.
She is the fourth generation Girl Scout in our family and a portion of the proceeds from our children's chapter books goes to help support Girl Scouts of Central Maryland.
Simultaneously, I am also writing books 3 and 4 in my adult series, THE DARKEST SERIES. I write as time and the mood strikes me.

My granddaughter, Alison T., chose the title and we wrote the book around it. Kids want to be "thrilled" but I strongly wanted this book to have some substance so we tried to instill history and environment awareness.
