M.W. Davis Getting the stories out of my head, and on to paper frees up frees up so much space in my brain for normal day to day functioning.
M.W. Davis The standard cliche of keep writing. That and to keep a notebook or something to jot down thoughts by your bedside.
M.W. Davis The only thing that I have found to work for me is to walk away for a day or two, more if needed. I think we have a habit of getting caught up in our own head and need to give ourselves time to think about something else, let the subconscious work out the kinks and reboot itself.
M.W. Davis I had these ideas bouncing around my head and I needed to find a way of expressing them. I have always read a lot and it struck me that writing would be a good outlet.
M.W. Davis It may sound corny but the idea for Imposter Messiah came to me in a dream. I have a lot of weird dreams and some of them stick with me as inspiration.
