Rayme Scarioni By simply writing something else. Even the silliest of ideas. Just write something. A short story. A funny joke (that, at least, you think is funny).
Or write down things that people have said that you thought were funny and could possibly be expanded into something more.
Rayme Scarioni I love the exploring of my own imagination and then putting it down on paper. For me, I will sit and begin writing, then turn to look at the clock and 5 hours had gone by without me even feeling it. For me it's the best place to be where no thought or idea is limited in any way.
Rayme Scarioni Don't stop writing! Even if it's not on the project that you think you 'should' be working on! If your brain goes somewhere else, write it down. Write, write, write! And did I mention, "KEEP WRITING"?
Rayme Scarioni Two things! A children's book that I'm very excited about, called "Bow Tie Boy" and a sequel to "Dinner for God" that will be entitled, "Dessert for God". I will another CD of 5 to 6 original songs with this story as well.
Rayme Scarioni Mostly by asking myself, "What would happen if..." and if it's a question that intrigues me, I begin writing about it so that I can explore the possibilities and look at my "what if" question from as many different angles as possible.
Rayme Scarioni I was having lunch at my home when I suddenly asked myself, "If God were coming to your house for dinner, what would you serve?" I dropped my fork and asked, "What WOULD I serve?" Thus became the beginning of a journey that I mostly wanted to ask myself this questions and the ones that followed: "What would I wear? Who should I invite? What will we talk about?" I then went to my computer and let the journey begin!
