Some of the ways I get inspired are going to a different environment outside of my house. Sometimes I go to the coffee shop and write! I also will read when I'm not feeling inspired or I might talk to some of my other author friends to help me through the lack of motivation.

October 14, 2008 I was standing in my bedroom when the story line for the Awaken series hit me. It just feel into my head and I knew I needed to write it!

If I got writer's block I would step away from my MS for a few days and come back to it. Sometimes I would read. Reading always help me get inspired to write, but I wouldn't force myself to write. I knew it would come to me eventually.
